 LEGAL NOTICE
             PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Clerk of the Schuyler County Legislature will RECEIVE SEALED BIDS for Paper & Plastic Products for the Schuyler County Office for the Aging, Sheriff’s Department, Buildings & Grounds, and Purchasing Department, in accordance with specifications filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Legislature, 105 Ninth Street, Watkins Glen, NY and in the Purchasing Office, 323 Owego Street, Montour Falls, NY. Bid specs are also available at www.schuylercounty.us (Purchasing Dept. / Bids & RFPs) and on the Empire State Purchasing Group website (www.empirestatebidsystem.com).

Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked “SEALED PAPER & PLASTIC BID”, along with your company name and the date and time of the bid opening.  Bids should be mailed or delivered to the Clerk of the Legislature at 105 Ninth Street, Unit 6, Watkins Glen, NY, 14891, no later than 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2019.  Bids will be opened that same day at 10:35 a.m. and considered at a later date by the Management & Finance Committee.

The County of Schuyler reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
