Reserving Conference Rooms

The Village of Odessa has a community room of which is available to be used by community members & organizations. Please read the guidelines below.  Users must create a website account which, for your protection, requires a two-step approval process prior to reserving. Be sure you are signed in to the website to reserve use of the room.  You will receive an email of your request to use the community room and another once your request has been approved.  Please allow time for set up and tear down when making your reservation.

 While there is no fee to use the community room, a donation to the village of Odessa is greatly appreciated.

~Users of the community room should plan to contact the Village Clerk, Pam Kelly at 607-594-2100 and make arrangements to pick up the key at least two days prior to the date of your event.

~The Community Room should be left in the condition it was found.  There is a broom closet in the room along with a mop bucket if needed.
