MISSION STATEMENT
To provide an array of services that will enhance community safety by influencing law abiding behavior in adult and juvenile probationers, and assisting victims of crimes in receiving restitution payments and supportive services. Specific services provided by the Schuyler County Probation Department include completing Pre-Sentence and Pre-Disposition Investigations, Supervision of Probationers, Juvenile Diversion, and those programs under the banner of the Alternatives to Incarceration contract.
