This is probably the most familiar office in the county building.  The DMV provides many and varied services including:  Learner’s permits, driving licenses, non-driver identification, registrations for motor vehicles, motorcycles, snowmobiles, boats and RV’s.  Schuyler County’s DMV also offers Escort Testing and handles enforcement problems.  Office hours are 9:00AM to 4:45PM with permits being issued between 9:00am and 4:00PM.  All services are provided by friendly and courteous clerks.  I encourage you to either renew your registration in our office, mail them here at 105 Ninth Street, Unit 8  Watkins Glen, NY  14891, or use the drop off box located to the right of the entrance.  When you renew locally instead of mailing them to Albany, 12.7% of that renewal fee stays here in Schuyler County.
