Long-Term Care Resource Center The Long Term Care Resource Center is located within the Office for the Aging at the Schuyler County Human Services Complex, 323 Owego Street in Montour Falls. It is open during business hours: 9am-5pm Monday through Thursday, 8am-4pm Friday. Please feel free to come and browse.
