Mission Statement

Families First will provide a single point of entry for Adults, Youth and Families in need of assistance; where services will be prompt, efficient and user-friendly.

Vision Statement

• All adults, youth and families will be able to access the services they need in a convenient and responsive manner.

• Services will be integrated in such a way that adults, youth and families experience minimal duplication, delay and/or confusion and maximum cooperation among providers

• Adults, youth and families will be active participants in their service plan and delivery.  They will be provided every reasonable opportunity to benefit from services and achieve their goals.

• Services will be driven by proven methods and informed research and will be outcome focused.

• Services will be community oriented and foster increased community responsibility.
