Mission Statement:
The mission of the County Clerk’s Office is to process, preserve and provide public access to documents including legal records pertaining to ownership of real property and a variety of filings that affect real property, and records for Supreme and County Courts within Schuyler County. The goal of both the Clerk’s Office and the DMV is to provide efficient, knowledgeable and prompt service to the public we serve.
