Should the client call me directly going forward?

Once the volunteer and client have connected and completed one transaction, together they determine how they would like to coordinate going forward. It is left up to the two involved parties to schedule in a way that works for them. As a reminder, the volunteer emails or calls Schuyler County OFA after each medication pickup/delivery event to report it. OFA must record this data to report the collated numbers to the state.
