All transportation services for Schuyler County residents are coordinated through the Schuyler County Transportation Call Center where trained staff will assist with ride coordination.
Riders may request transportation to meet their personal needs such as for medical appointments, grocery shopping, pharmacy, banking, hair appointments, volunteer assignments and more.
The Schuyler County Transportation Call Center coordinates with a network of transportation providers including: Schuyler County Transit public transportation, Schuyler County Office for the Aging, RSVP, The Arc of Schuyler, and Veterans Services volunteer drivers.
Requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Requests for RSVP rides can also be made through the Schuyler County Transportation Call Center and should be made no later than noon on Thursday for the following week.

Calls are responded to between the hours of 9:00am- 2:30pm Monday - Friday. It may be necessary to leave a message, so listen carefully to the prompts and follow accordingly.
